AFAR welcomes Michael Ringel of Boston Consulting Group to Board of Directors
AFAR is pleased to welcome Michael Ringel as a new member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Ringel brings to AFAR a unique and invaluable skillset that will help further facilitate and expand our continued mission.
Michael Ringel is Managing Director & Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Since joining BCG in 1999, he has worked with biotech and pharmaceutical clients on topics such as disease area strategy, transformation and process optimization, sourcing and partnerships, and organization design.
He is a frequent contributor to industry journals including Nature Reviews Drug Discover, and has coauthored numerous BCG reports on innovation, R&D, and corporate strategy. Prior to BCG, Michael worked in academia, investigating theoretical population dynamics and conducting field research.
