  • Understand the peer review process, editor’s expectations for response to reviewers and how this influences manuscript acceptance decisions.
  • Develop a structured approach to effectively address reviewer comments and enhance the quality of your manuscript.
  • Identify common questions, challenges, and potential pitfalls that arise when responding to journal reviews.
  • Discuss examples of successful reviewer responses to gain practical insights and inspiration for crafting high quality responses.

AFAR provides infrastructure support and leadership for the Clin-STAR initiative, funded by the National Institute on Aging (NIA).
