Welcome to the MSTAR Application section.  In order to apply for the MSTAR Program, you must first go through a quick screening process.  This will allow you to determine whether you are eligible to apply for the program, and if you are eligible, which track you should use to apply.  The screening tool will bring you to either the National Training Center or Home Institution application section, where you can then download the application form and the instruction sheet for the appropriate track.
