In the latest Ask the Expert interview series, AFAR grantee M. Brandon Westover, MD, PhD, discusses the connections between AI and sleep data, how his research explores abnormal sleep patterns, and how to improve sleep for better cognitive outcomes.
Dr. Westover is a 2018 Glenn Foundation for Medical Research Breakthroughs in Gerontology (BIG) Awardrecipient. He is also an Associate Professor of Neurology at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School.
