On September 24, 2018, The BMJ published an editorial co-authored by AFAR experts Harlan M. Krumholz, M.D., S.M. and Joseph S. Ross, M.D., M.H.S. on how “early publication of research finding without peer review could speed up knowledge dissemination.”

Dr. Krumholz is a 1996 Paul B. Beeson Emerging Leaders Career Development Award in Aging scholar.

Dr. Ross is a 2008 Paul B. Beeson Emerging Leaders Career Development Award in Aging scholar.
