Grantees in the News: David Holtzman and Brendan Lucey’s research on lack of sleep and Alzheimer’s proteins in Science

On January 24, 2019, Science published research co-authored by AFAR experts David M. Holtzman, MD and Brendan P. Lucey, MD exploring how lack of sleep is tied to an increase in two Alzheimer’s proteins.

Dr. Holtzman is a 1995 Beeson Scholar.

Dr. Lucey is a 2016 Beeson Scholar.
