Experts in the News: Campisi, Guarente, Longo, and Vijg on interventions to extend healthspan in Medium

On January 26, 2019, Medium featured AFAR experts Judy Campisi, PhD, Leonard Guarente, PhD, Valter Longo, MD, and Jan Vijg, PhD in an article exploring limits to human lifespan and the promise of extending healthspan through biomedical research and interventions.

Dr. Campisi is a 1990 AFAR Research Grant for Junior Faculty recipient.

Dr. Guarente is a 2015 Irving S. Wright Award of Distinction recipient.

Dr. Longo is a 1998 AFAR Research Grant for Junior Faculty recipient and 2013 Vincent Cristofalo Rising Star Award in Aging Research recipient.

Dr. Vijg is a 2012 Irving S. Wright Award of Distinction recipient.
