Announcing the new Clin-STAR Coordinating Center

AFAR is pleased to announce the launch of the Clin-STAR Coordinating Center in collaboration with three academic resource centers at Yale University, John Hopkins University, and the University of California, San Francisco.

Funded by the National Institute on Aging (NIA), Clin-STAR seeks to advance transdisciplinary research, training, and career development in aging.

This effort will build a highly-networked, national platform that will organize activities and provide resources for clinician-scientists in aging research from disparate disciplines.

Learn more about Clin-STAR on the NIA’s blog, “Clin-STAR: Building on the GEMSSTAR Initiativehere.
