Board Member in the News: Richard Besdine shares 4 daily habits for longevity in Livestrong

On March 23, 2021, Livestrongfeatured a discussion with AFAR Board Member Richard Besdine, MD. Dr. Besdine shared four daily habits to help improve longevity and increase healthspan in older adults.

Dr. Besdine is AFAR’s former Medical Officer. He is also a Professor of Medicine, Director of the Division of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine in the Department of Medicine, Chief of Geriatrics for Lifespan, and first Greer Professor of Geriatric Medicine at Alpert Medical School of Brown University, as well as a Professor of Health Services Policy and Practice, and Director of the Center for Gerontology and Health Care Research at the Brown School of Public Health.
