Partner Event: 2nd Scripps Florida Symposium on Biology of Aging

From January 22-25, 2017, Scripps Florida will hold its 2nd Symposium on the Biology of Aging, "Advances in Therapeutic Approaches to Extend Healthspan."
Session topics to include Drug Screening, Anti-geronic Factors, Senotherapeutics, Genetic Identification of Drug Targets, Molecular Targets for Drug Development, Stem Cells and Clinical Trials.
Key note speakers include AFAR Scientific Director Steven N. Austad, Board member S. Jay Olshansky, and former grantee Felipe Sierra, Director of the NIA Division of Aging Biology and the NIH Geroscience Interest Group.
Several AFAR-affiliated experts will present, including: Deputy Scientific Director Nir Barzilai; Board Members James Kirkland, Kevin Lee, and David Sinclair; Vincent Cristofalo Rising Star Award in Aging Research Awardees Rafael de Cabo and Amy Wagers ; and past AFAR Grantees Anne Brunet, Judy Campisi, Ana Maria Cuervo, Brian Kennedy, Richard Miller, and David Sabatini.
