Mark S. Lachs, MD, MPH


AFAR Board President and Director of Geriatrics for the New York Presbyterian Health System, Co-Chief of the Division of Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University

Dr. Lach's lecture will explore: 
"How and Why We Must Integrate Biological and Social Sciences in Aging: Elder Abuse as a Paradigm."

 


Vincent Cristofalo Rising Star Award in Aging Research

Dongsheng Cai, MD, PhD

Associate Director of the Diabetes Research Center (Biomedical Cores) and a Professor in the Department of Molecular Pharmacology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine

Dr. Cai's lecture will explore:
"Hypothalamic inflammation in neural control of aging."
