To envision the hopes and needs of the next four decades of aging research, AFAR convened leaders from the scientific, philanthropic, policy, and technology sectors for a private series of intimate and invigorating think tanks in 2021.

AFAR hoped that the GeroFutures Think Tank series can connect established and emerging perspectives, engage long-time and newly acquainted stakeholders, and offer actionable recommendations.

The first three Think Tanks focused on:

  • Supporting Basic Science and Geroscience
  • Inviting Investment in Gerotherapeutics
  • Preparing the Translational Research Pipeline
