The 2026 Beeson Annual Meeting will be held Wednesday, November 18 - Friday, November 20, at Yours Truly Hotel in Washington, DC. The purpose of the meeting is to bring together recent and alumni Beeson Scholars, mentors, and senior researchers, as well as government officials. Scientific sessions will be held along with sessions for networking and career development. A preliminary agenda is available here. Up to 6 travel awards are available for early stage clinically-trained investigators who could benefit from the opportunities provided by the Beeson Annual Meeting and who could potentially enhance the Beeson Scholars pool in the future. The deadline is August 17, 2026, additional details and the application form can be downloaded here.
The Clin-STAR Annual Meeting will be held Tuesday, November 17 - Thursday, November 19 at the same location in Washington DC overlapping with the Beeson Meeting. A travel award to attend the Clin-STAR Meeting is also available, details here.
