On April 19th, USA Today featured research by 2000 Beeson Scholar Scott Small in its review of scientifically proven methods that may prevent, delay, or reverse memory decline.
Amid research on the impact exercise and dietary options on memory decline, the article showcased Dr. Small’s study finding that naturally occurring chemicals in cocoa beans, called flavanols, may help improve memory.
